Our team has the experience with creation of the WBS cost structure that matches with the Project Schedule WBS structure. Our cost control methodology focuses on the early establishment of rules for determination for EV (Earned Value) for progress reporting and contractor payment. Our cost control methodology can also be customized to accommodate the needs of the Accounting Department for cost control and for future Audits. Our experience includes invoice management for review and approving of all or any invoices for the project.

Procurement

We have the tools and techniques for working with the Owner’s procurement team for creation of contract strategies. Our goal is to improve the cost tracking process and cost reporting by early collaboration with the Owner’s Procurement team. Our team has significant experience on the development and implement of bid specifications (RFQs), bid preparation, bidding, bid evaluation, and contracts in the oil and gas industry. We work closely with the Owner’s Procurement team on both the planning, and execution of the material and resource procurement process. We can help with the creation of Procurement Reference Documentation E-books that allow the Contract Holders to use as the Master Reference tool for managing the contracts and reviewing of the invoices.
